What we do
Build and run a platform, migrate off one you have outgrown, or start with a read on where you stand. From a hypervisor exit or a cloud repatriation to a platform your whole organization runs on; from the foundation private AI runs on to SECO, our productized sovereign private cloud. Fixed-scope projects or run-and-own retainers: on-premises, hybrid, or in your own cloud.
Build & run
-
Bare-metal & on-premises infrastructure Bare-metal provisioning and lifecycle, networking, storage, and Kubernetes, on hardware you own.
-
Linux fleet reliability & modernization Patch, monitor, back up, and harden your Linux fleet to a defined standard, then modernize it at your pace.
-
Kubernetes platform & Day-2 Platform buildout and Day-2 operations: control plane, distributed storage, networking, and the security model designed as one system, with a self-service Internal Developer Platform your whole organization runs on.
-
Private AI / GPU platform The GPU compute, high-performance storage, and Kubernetes scheduling for private AI, on hardware you own or capacity you rent, with your data and models under your control.
-
Security hardening & compliance RBAC, network policy, and the platform-side controls and evidence a SOC 2 or HIPAA audit asks for, engineered in from the first design decision. Your own organizational controls carry the rest.
-
Interim / fractional SRE Stand up the reliability practice, SLOs, on-call, incident process, and observability, then run it long-term or transition it out clean.
Migrate & consolidate
-
Move off VMware Move off a proprietary virtualization platform onto a Kubernetes-based private cloud, for tighter control over data, cost, and compliance: VMs, containers, and AI on one control plane.
-
Cloud repatriation Bring workloads back from public cloud onto infrastructure you control, for tighter control over data, cost, and compliance.
-
Ceph & distributed-storage migration Distributed-storage design and migration on Ceph, including S3-compatible object storage in production.
Self-service & automation
-
Internal Developer Platform Self-service for developers and operations alike, stood up on any Kubernetes, on-premises or EKS/GKE/AKS, and built around the reality of operating it.
-
AI-assisted operations Adopted where it genuinely reduces toil, with a human still accountable.
Start here
-
The assessment A paid, fixed-scope read of where the platform is and where it needs to go, typically one to two weeks. The usual front door to a larger engagement.
How we work
A build-then-run engagement. We stay to operate it, or transition it out clean.
- 01
Assess
Scope the real problem and the shortest path to a platform you can trust, with a clear view of risk, cost, and timeline. Fixed scope, typically one to two weeks.
- 02
Build
Design and build what your team can operate: the control plane, storage, networking, security, and the automation around them. Phase 1 lands in weeks, not quarters.
- 03
Run
Operate it under SLA with Day-2 operations and reliability engineering, or transfer it to your team with the runbooks to own it.
What "under SLA" means here: availability and response targets defined per engagement and written into the SOW; documented runbooks; on-call coverage as agreed; and post-incident reviews on a defined cadence. Response is sized per engagement and set against how the platform actually runs. Not a generic tier list; the targets fit your platform and your risk.
Have a scope in mind?
Pricing is set per engagement, anchored to outcomes rather than hours. Tell us what you’re running or planning, and we’ll come back in writing within two business days: an approach and a shape for the work, or the questions we need answered first.
